Rainy day...

I woke up this morning to some light rain and just wanted to stay in my warm bed all day. Something about a rainy day that makes it a lazy one. On a day like this, it's perfect for a bowl of Pho (Vietnamese noodle soup, and if you haven't had it, you're missing out) that will keep you all warm inside. Luckily, I made a big pot of it the other day and still had leftovers. It was perfect!
